1041 Selby Avenue

Partnership with Rondo Community Land Trust

We’re proud to share that Land Bank Twin Cities (LBTC) is facilitating the transfer of 1041 Selby Avenue to Rondo Community Land Trust (Rondo CLT). LBTC acquired this historic 7,835 sq ft building in January 2023 and held it for two years while making significant capital improvements. This project preserves Rondo CLT’s headquarters in the heart of the historic Rondo neighborhood. The three-story building currently hosts Rondo CLT’s offices and the City of Saint Paul Office of Neighborhood Safety. The lower level is being renovated with an ADA-accessible private entrance, providing additional office or studio space for 3-4 small businesses, including photography studios, podcasting spaces or wellness services. This property represents one of five collaborations with Rondo CLT. LBTC currently holds four additional properties in various stages of development.
