Community Lending Program
Land Bank Twin Cities provides interim acquisition and construction financing to nonprofit and for-profit developers or organizations in service of creating and preserving commercial opportunities in the Twin Cities metro.
We do this in line with our mission to benefit people with low to moderate incomes, prioritizing BIPOC individuals and communities and populations facing barriers.
New Borrowers
New Borrowers are encouraged to complete the New Borrower Application. Program staff will follow up with you to schedule a 30-minute discovery call so you can learn more about Land Bank financing and share details about your property or project.
Next Steps
After the discovery call, please fill out the required forms requested by Land Bank staff and securely upload your completed loan application, underwriting, and reporting documents.
